You can always cancel your time free of charge 24 hours before booking. Any missed time that has not been canceled 24 hours before will be charged 100% of the cost. Cancellation should only be done via the booking system or telephone.
We have this cancellation policy because we respect your time and undertake not to sell your booked time to anyone else. Therefore, it is important that understanding is mutual.
